Terms of Service

1. What this is

Euro Freight Transport is a virtual trucking company (VTC) operating inside Euro Truck Simulator 2 / TruckersMP. This website (eurofreightransport.byteboard.tech) coordinates members, events, and convoys. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to register. By applying, you confirm you meet this minimum age. We may refuse or revoke applications at our sole discretion.

3. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your password (or linked Discord/Google account) secure.
  • One account per person. No shared logins.
  • The information you give us (Discord handle, email, age, country) must be accurate.
  • If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact us via Discord immediately.

4. Conduct on convoys and inside the community

Members agree to follow:

  • The TruckersMP rules at all times.
  • Our convoy briefings and lead-truck instructions.
  • Basic respect — no harassment, no slurs, no doxxing, no cheating, no hacking, no economy exploits.
  • No spamming the Discord, the in-game CB, or convoy formations.

Violations can result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans from the VTC at our discretion. Repeat offenders are reported to TruckersMP.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including breach of these terms, breach of TruckersMP rules, or behaviour we judge harmful to the community. You can also leave the VTC at any time by asking an admin to remove your account. We will delete your personal data per the Privacy Policy.

6. Content and IP

This website's design, text, and code belong to us. You can quote and link to it freely. The Euro Truck Simulator 2 game, TruckersMP, ProMods, TruckersHub, TrucksBook, Discord, and all other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners — we're a fan community, not affiliated with any of them.

7. No warranty / limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or that any bug will be fixed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) this site or any of its services. Total liability, if any, is capped at the amount you paid us — which is zero.

8. Third-party services

We use Simply.com (Denmark) for hosting and email, Discord and Google for OAuth sign-in, and may integrate with TruckersHub.in / TruckersMP / TrucksBook for job tracking. Their respective terms apply when you interact with them.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version. Material changes will be announced in our Discord.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally goes to the Danish courts.
